ETT was formed in 2003 by Peter Czerwinski.

Our team came from other great industry leading companies to join ETT. Some of their background knowledge and experience come from years with companies like: Tuner, Collie & Braden, Enviroquip, Texas Water Commission, G-H Systems which has been in business for more than 30 years; and Bury& Partners.

Each member of the team went to well-known and respected Texas universities. With degrees in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M, University of Texas and University of Houston, you can trust that we have the proper knowledge along with our extensive experience to ensure you are getting exactly what you need.
