Peter Czerwinski, P.E.
Peter is a professional engineer with more than 45 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering and equipment sales. Formerly with Turner, Collie & Braden Engineering and Environmental Treatment Systems, Peter graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1970.
Brenda Haws
Brenda has over 30 years of experience in the water and wastewater equipment industry. Formerly with Graue-Haws & Affiliates, G-H Systems, and Enviroquip. Brenda graduated in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas


Derek Shires
Derek has over 30 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering and equipment sales. Formerly with the Texas Water Commission and Enviroquip; Derek graduated in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
Dana Batiste
Dana has 25 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry. He is a seasoned professional in operations and maintenance. As a business developer for water companies such as United Water, American Water, and CH2M Hill, he has experience in public-private partnerships with medium—to large-sized cities across the nation. Dana can work with clients to assess plant needs, identify and solve problems, and perform project startups.


Dario Guerra, P.E.
Dario has 31 years of project and construction management experience involving a diverse multi-project design workload. He has provided planning, design, and construction phase services for over 13 years along the Texas-Mexico border. Dario’s clients included federal, state, local, and private entities. He has a wide range of experience from managing design contracts, document preparation, and hydrologic/hydraulic computer modeling, to facility start-up and client/ public relations.
Jason Allen
Upon completion of a BSCE in 2003, Jason was fortunate to begin his career with a “Best Available Technology” OEM team. Wherein team members filled multi-modal project engineer positions for all of their applications. Whether working on greenfield, retrofitting, upgrading, municipal, industrial, or private application a mass balance skill set method took root. Focusing on this approach allows one to see treatment problems as opportunities for solutions.

John Hill
Covering the North-Central Texas region around the Temple-Belton area. John Hill has a BSME from UT Austin. For the last 32 years, John Hill has served as a District Sales Manager for SEW-Eurodrive. With his background, John Hill has the skills and knowledge needed to provide top water and wastewater treatment plant equipment.
Tracy Shires, Parts
Tracy has 10 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment plants, sales of equipment and parts. She is the office manager and AP/AR. Tracy graduated in 2011 from Ashford University with a Masters in Psychology and Psychology of Education.
